COMMERCIAL
MOSQUITO CONTROL
Mosquitoes cost businesses customers, revenue, and reputation. We protect your outdoor spaces — patios, event venues, common areas, and grounds — so your guests and employees can focus on what matters.
INDUSTRIES WE SERVE
Any business with outdoor spaces is vulnerable. We work with a wide range of commercial clients across Central Texas — from single-location restaurants to large multi-property accounts.
★ RESTAURANTS & PATIOS
Outdoor dining is a liability when mosquitoes drive guests inside. We treat patios, pergolas, landscaping, and adjacent vegetation so your seating stays usable all season.
★ HOTELS & RESORTS
Guest experience doesn't stop at the front door. Pool areas, walking paths, courtyards, and event lawns need to be mosquito-free to earn repeat business and positive reviews.
★ HOAs & APARTMENT COMPLEXES
Common areas, playgrounds, retention ponds, and walking trails are prime mosquito habitat. Protect residents and reduce complaints with a recurring commercial mosquito service.
★ EVENT VENUES
Weddings, corporate events, and private parties depend on comfortable outdoor spaces. Pre-event treatments ensure your guests aren't distracted — or driven indoors.
★ DAYCARES & SCHOOLS
Children are especially vulnerable to mosquito-borne illness. Playgrounds, sports fields, and outdoor learning areas deserve professional-grade protection during the school year.
★ PARKS & RECREATION
Municipal parks, sports complexes, and recreation centers serve large numbers of people in high-activity outdoor environments. We offer scalable mosquito control programs to fit your acreage.
★ RANCHES & FARMS
Livestock are as susceptible to mosquito harassment as people. Barn areas, water features, and pastures benefit from larvicide programs and barrier spray to reduce pressure across the property.
COMMERCIAL TREATMENT OPTIONS
No two commercial properties are the same. We tailor a mosquito control program to your facility size, pest pressure, and operational needs — including treatments scheduled around your business hours.
COMMERCIAL MISTING SYSTEMS
Permanently installed misting systems deliver timed, automated treatments along fence lines, pergolas, outdoor seating areas, and building perimeters. Ideal for restaurants, event venues, and hospitality properties that need consistent protection without scheduling individual visits.
BARRIER SPRAY PROGRAMS
Residual barrier treatments applied to vegetation, landscaping, and structures surrounding your outdoor spaces. Kills mosquitoes on contact and provides 3–4 weeks of residual control. We schedule recurring visits every 3–4 weeks throughout Central Texas mosquito season (March–November).
LARVICIDE PROGRAMS
Retention ponds, drainage ditches, decorative water features, and storm drains are breeding factories. We apply EPA-registered larvicides to standing water sources on your property to eliminate mosquitoes before they hatch — reducing the adult population at the source.
RECURRING SERVICE PLANS
Commercial accounts get scheduled recurring service with priority scheduling and consistent technicians who know your property. Monthly or bi-monthly plans available. Pre-event add-on treatments available for venues with irregular scheduling needs.
WHY BUSINESSES CAN'T IGNORE MOSQUITOES
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & REVENUE
Outdoor dining areas, resort pools, and venue lawns generate premium revenue. One bad experience with mosquitoes becomes a one-star review. Customers who are uncomfortable leave early, don't come back, and tell others. Professional mosquito control for businesses protects both the guest experience and the bottom line.
LIABILITY & HEALTH CONCERNS
Mosquitoes transmit West Nile virus, Zika, and other pathogens. A business that fails to reasonably control known pest hazards on its property faces real liability exposure. Health code compliance for food service establishments also increasingly includes outdoor pest management as an expectation during inspections.
EMPLOYEE PRODUCTIVITY & RETENTION
Employees who work outdoors — servers, landscapers, maintenance staff, childcare workers — deal with mosquito pressure all day. Constant bites reduce productivity, morale, and increase turnover. Protecting your staff is as important as protecting your customers.
CENTRAL TEXAS MOSQUITO PRESSURE
The mosquito season in Central Texas runs from March through November, with peak pressure from May through September. The heat, humidity, and abundant water sources in our region make commercial properties especially vulnerable. Reactive treatment is never as effective as a proactive, recurring mosquito service program.
